Mega Night Market is at Great Park Live in Irvine on Saturday and Sunday, October 17–18, 2026, from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. both days. Great Park Live's event page is the lock. The bill is Lao, Khmer, Hmong, Iu Mien, Thai, Vietnamese, and other Asian food, music, and dance. Sunday entry is free if you wear cultural attire. Saturday does not get that waiver.
The venue page lists the address as 300 Corsair, Irvine. The City of Irvine calendar lists the same Great Park campus at 8000 Great Park Boulevard. Use Corsair if you are following the show page, and the boulevard address if a map drops you at the park gate. Service dogs are allowed both days.
Great Park Live sells tickets and a separate parking pass on Tixr. The venue page itself does not print a dollar amount. Ticket mirrors that repeat the organizer blurb list entry at $5.88, with the Sunday attire waiver on top of that. Buy from the Great Park Live link and read the cart before you treat $5.88 as final. This is the same campus that held Chimac Fest in August and hosts Ektaa Diwali Fest on October 24. Mega is the Lao, Khmer, Hmong, Iu Mien, Thai, and Vietnamese weekend. Ektaa, a week later, is the Diwali day with the Ektaa Center.
The same weekend, OC Japan Fair runs Friday through Sunday at the OC Fair & Event Center in Costa Mesa, with its own ticket list. Irvine is the night market. Costa Mesa is the Japan fair closer to the 405. Saturday is long enough for one of them.
Great Park Live's directions page sends drivers from the 5 to Sand Canyon Avenue, then onto Great Park Boulevard and Lot 2. The venue address on that page is 300 Corsair. When parking applies, that page lists $20 general and $30 preferred. Mega also has its own parking link, so check that cart too. The close is 10 p.m. both nights. Eat early if you are bringing kids and still want the last hour of the stage.
Our take: go Sunday if someone in the car will actually wear cultural attire and you want the free door. Go Saturday if you will not. Skip Costa Mesa the same afternoon unless Japan Fair is the only thing you came for.
