Governing law

You agree that exclusive jurisdiction for disputes relating to these Terms or the Site lies in the state and federal courts located in California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

General

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and supersede prior understandings on that subject.
