The Rizal Park Jazz Festival returns Sunday, August 16, 2026 from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Dr. José Rizal Park, 1007 12th Ave S, Seattle. The Rizal Park and Bridge Preservation Society hosts the free outdoor afternoon with live jazz, food trucks, vendors, and family programming.
The festival began in 2009 as a music-and-arts day meant to put the park on more calendars. It later settled into a jazz frame while staying tied to Filipino American history on Beacon Hill, including the park and bridge named for Philippine national hero José Rizal.
Bring a blanket or lawn chair. Donations support park improvements; confirm lineup and vendor notes on the festival site before you go.
