This is the quiet Mid-Autumn date. You get the classical garden, bamboo, and a family afternoon instead of a packed street. The full activity board is still landing, so check the garden page closer to September for workshops, performances, and any ticket note. Past Mid-Autumn afternoons here have been free; do not assume that until 2026 posts it.
Same Saturday, CID Night Market runs 1 to 9 p.m. in the Chinatown-International District. If you want both, do the garden first, then cross into the CID for night-market food and Hing Hay performances. They are different parking problems. Plan two moves.
