The Village Festival takes Saturday, September 19, 2026, 2 to 10 p.m., at The Orleans, 4500 West Tropicana. The hotel calendar lists Saturday only. Free. All ages. Hawaiian and Polynesian vendors, island food, a stage, and more than 150 booths. Vegas still calls itself the 9th Island. This is that crowd.
The Orleans bag rule is real: one personal bag, no larger than 12 by 12 by 6 inches. Leave the backpack in the room. Casino parking is the usual Orleans garage. You are west of the Strip, on Tropicana.
Eat early. The food line at 7 p.m. will be the event. 21+ can use the festival bar. Everyone else can still stay for the last set. Wear something you can dance in and walk a casino floor in. The day runs eight hours.
Holoholo is the smaller Fremont market the Saturday before if you want a warm-up.
