Ticketed event

Agomoni’s Durga Puja is Friday through Sunday, October 16–18, 2026, in the parking lot at 2600 Camino Ramon, San Ramon. The 2026 page on agomoni.org is the lock for dates and venue. This is an open-air community puja: a themed pandal, pushpanjali, arati, sindoor khela, a food court, a vendor market, and kids’ activities. Hours are not posted. A door price is not posted.
The page body still says a special international artist. The 2026 flyer on the same site names two live acts: Anindya Bose and Rishi Panda. Treat the flyer names as the music shape until the prose catches up. Do not invent a third headliner. Offerings listed for families who want to sponsor are Bodhon, Saptami, Ashtami, or Nabami puja, flowers or sweets, 108 diyas for sandhya arati, or a pronami of your choice. That is donation language, not a ticket ladder.
Agomoni started in 2017 with about 30 member families and now says more than 200. This weekend is the 10th-year flagship, branded as a slice of Bengal in the Tri-Valley. The copy calls it California’s largest open-air Durga Puja. Treat that as the org talking. Membership has extra benefits in the anniversary year. You can still visit as a guest if the door stays open. Email and volunteer sign-up sit on the same site if you want a shift on decor, stage, or bhog.
What you feel here is asphalt under the pandal and October air over it. San Ramon is Bishop Ranch and Camino Ramon office parks, not a South Bay fairgrounds hall. Bring a layer. Parking is the lot you are standing in, plus overflow if the org posts it. The 680 to Crow Canyon or Bollinger is the usual drive. You are not fighting Tully Road traffic. You are fighting Tri-Valley school-and-errand Saturday.
The same weekend, Bay Area Prabasi is at 344 Tully Road in San Jose for its Golden Jubilee, with Anjan Dutta and Monali Thakur on ticketed nights. That is a fairgrounds machine with member buffets and a visitor food bazaar. This is a Camino Ramon lot with sky. Pick one Saturday. Dussehra Diwali Dhamaka is October 17 at the Alameda County Fairgrounds, a short 680 hop. You cannot do a full ashtami here and a 12:00 Dhamaka gate without leaving early.
626 Night Market is already over by then, October 9–11, on that same Pleasanton campus. Different weekend, different ticket, different reason to stand in a fairgrounds lot.
Our take: this is the East Bay outdoor puja if you already sit with Agomoni, you want the decade mark, or you live on the 680 and prefer open air. Confirm hours before Friday. If you want a named Kolkata concert with a Tugoz pass, San Jose on Friday is clearer.
