BLPAPA stages Bayanihan Festival on Sunday, September 27, 2026 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at District 56 in Elk Grove. Admission is free. Programming highlights Filipino and Filipino-American performance, folk dance and music, Filipino-owned vendors, and youth heritage engagement.
