DMV Asian Night Market Halloween 2026 in Annandale

Neon District DMV is listing DMV Asian Night Market for Saturday, October 31, 2026, from 2:00 to 10:00 p.m. at 7200 Columbia Pike, Annandale. That pin is the Eileen Garnett Civic Space on the Pike. Entry and parking are free. Pets are welcome. The Eventbrite flyer prints over 45 vendors for food, music, and crafts.

Treat that 2-to-10 clock as the lock for Halloween. A March Annandale Today piece still said 3:00 to 9:00 p.m. for the early-season dates. Those hours are leftover for this Saturday. Do not print the spring card when you are planning October 31.

Neon District DMV started the monthly Annandale series in late March 2026 after the older Masonic lodge night markets stopped. Founders described the project to Annandale Today as a local food-and-gathering crew, not a touring festival brand. The Pike lot is the same civic strip that has carried Taste of Annandale and NVA Thai Center events. Halloween is the late-season return after the September date, with a November 21 listing still on the earlier press schedule if the series holds.

Approved overflow on the Eventbrite card includes St. Albans Episcopal Church at 6800 Columbia Pike with a free Fairfax Connector shuttle running 2:00 to 10:00 p.m., United Baptist Church at 7100 Columbia Pike, Annandale Post Office lots at 4720 John Marr Drive (back lot opens at 5:00 p.m.), and the ACCA secondary building at 4175 Daniels Avenue. Organizers say no parking at the Giant lot or the fire station, with towing enforced. That is the neighbor rule for a Pike night that packs fast.

The same Saturday is Asia in a Bite in Ashburn and the tail of Heritage India in Sterling. Annandale is the later outdoor night-market clock if you want Columbia Pike tents instead of an expo hall or a Loudoun plaza.

National Harbor is the same Neon District series one week earlier, on October 24. Harbor starts earlier and ends at 8:00 p.m. Halloween Annandale is the night shift.

Who this is for: Annandale, Falls Church, and Bailey's Crossroads families who already use this Pike lot. Skip it if you wanted a temple Diwali. UHJT's Greenbelt mela is already October 10. Follow @dmvnightmarket_ if the vendor mix or shuttle note shifts closer to Halloween.

Columbia Pike on Halloween weekend stacks costume traffic with the market. Arrive before dusk if you want an easier lot. The shuttle from St. Albans is the cleanest overflow if the civic space fills early.

Our take: 2:00 p.m. if you have kids and want daylight stalls. Stay past 7:00 if the night market is the point. Park only where the listing says, and ignore the March 3-to-9 line.
