Neon District DMV is listing DMV Asian Night Market at National Harbor for Saturday, October 24, 2026, from 11:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. at 137 National Plaza, Oxon Hill. Entry is free. Pets are welcome. The Eventbrite summary and flyer both push 70-plus food and craft vendors, live performances, and a kids zone on the waterfront plaza.

Use the Eventbrite start time of 11:30 a.m. The promo art still prints a round 12:00 p.m. open. If you are racing for first stalls, aim for the earlier clock and treat noon as the soft crowd swell.

This is the Maryland waterfront edition of the same series that returns to Annandale on October 31. Annandale runs later into the night, 2:00 to 10:00 p.m. Harbor is the daytime-into-evening plaza card with the Capital Wheel in the backdrop and a hard 8:00 p.m. close.

National Harbor sits on the Potomac in Prince George's County, a short Beltway hop from Southwest DC and Alexandria. The plaza is built for weekend foot traffic, hotel guests, and the Ferris-wheel selfie loop. The flyer art leans on that waterfront market look on purpose. Expect paid Harbor parking and the usual Saturday garage patience. The listing does not advertise a free shuttle the way Annandale's Columbia Pike card does.

Neon District DMV runs the Annandale monthly series too, so treat Harbor as the same organizer's Maryland date rather than a one-off tourist pop-up. Follow @dmvnightmarket_ or the Eventbrite page if vendor counts or stage notes shift closer to the day. Do not invent a lineup the flyer does not lock.

The same Saturday is Heritage India at Dulles Town Center in Sterling and Tambayan Sa Kanto on a Chantilly bakery lot. Pick Harbor if you want the outdoor plaza and the broader Asian street-food mix. Pick Sterling if you need the indoor Diwali expo. Pick Chantilly if the Filipino kanto is the map.

Who this is for: Prince George's, Southeast DC, and Alexandria families who already treat National Harbor as a Saturday outing. Skip it if you wanted a temple mela or a NoVA mall hall. Greenbelt's UHJT Diwali is already October 10, and Sterling is the paid-door indoor weekend. Bring a leash if the dog is coming; the listing marks the date pet friendly.

Our take: 11:30 if you want first lines. Leave by 6:00 if Sterling Sunday is still on your list. Do not invent a ticket price. The door is free; the parking is Harbor parking.

When: October 24, 2026 (11:30 a.m.–8 p.m.)
Where: 137 National Plaza, National Harbor, Oxon Hill, MD 20745

Listing on Eventbrite.
