Diwali at Mozart's 2026 on Lake Austin
Mozart's Coffee Roasters holds Diwali on Saturday, November 7, 2026, 4:00 p.m. to midnight at 3825 Lake Austin Boulevard. General admission is sold in two time slots. The listed prices are $5 early and $7 at the gate.
Tickets from $7
Mozart's Coffee Roasters holds Diwali at Mozart's on Saturday, November 7, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. to midnight, at 3825 Lake Austin Boulevard. Austin Social Club is the partner on the listing. Ticket sales support the Austin Science Education Foundation. The ticket page is the one Mozart's own event contacts point to.
General admission is split into two windows, 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. to midnight. The page says your ticket works only in the window you bought, and you should be ready to leave when that window ends. Early-bird admission is listed at $5. The gate price, and the price after October 15, is $7. That early window has closed, so assume $7 unless the cart still shows the lower price. There is also a VIP floating lounge, capped at 40, with food and drinks included. The page does not print that VIP price in the summary. Read it before you click.
From 4:15 to 8:30 the listing promises a run of performers, live music, drumming, and dance. From 8:30 to midnight it turns to a guest performer and a DJ. The grounds have rangoli, henna, and diya painting, plus South Asian sweets, chai, and South Indian filter coffee. A private decorated boat is offered as a separate reservation. Two versions of the page disagree on whether that cruise is 45 minutes or an hour, so confirm the length when you book it. Do not plan the night around a boat you have not paid for.
Who this is for: people who want Lake Austin at dusk, and who can pick an early slot or a late slot on purpose. Morning Glories is the same Saturday at Waterloo Park, and that is the daytime civic Diwali. You could do the park in the afternoon only if your Mozart's ticket is the late window. A 4:00 Mozart's ticket overlaps the park. NightMarket.fun in Cedar Park is the following Saturday, November 14.
Mozart's sits on the water at the edge of Old West Austin. The lot is small on an ordinary Saturday. A Diwali that runs to midnight will be tighter. Rideshare is the calmer arrival if your group is more than two. The property is outdoors on the deck, with tables and bleachers. November after dark on the lake is colder than the poster light suggests. Bring a layer for the late slot.
Our take: buy the window you will actually use. The $7 gate price is the honest number after October 15. Morning Glories is the plan if you want a park and no time slot. Mozart's is the plan if you want the lake and you are willing to leave when your ticket says so.
When: November 7, 2026, 4:00 p.m.–midnight (general admission $5 early, $7 after October 15 or at the gate; your ticket covers one time slot)
