The North Hempstead x Ohana Paddling Association Dragon Boat Festival runs Saturday, July 25, 2026 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at North Hempstead Beach Park, 175 West Shore Road in Port Washington. First race begins at 8 a.m.; organizers list free festival admission with about $7 all-day on-site parking.
Expect racing divisions (including open and all-cancer paddler categories for 2026), vendors, and shoreline festival energy. LIRR Port Washington Branch plus the PWS shuttle or a short rideshare is the transit path if you skip parking.
