Who this is for: Mira Mesa and north-county Hindu families who want Diwali weekend at the Black Mountain Road mandir. Skip it if you needed a ticketed Hollywood-style food festival. That mood lives in other metros this weekend, not on this temple card.
Arrive at 3:30 if the mela open is what you came for. Confirm Annakut Monday hours by phone. Parking in the Mira Mesa industrial and retail lots fills on festival Saturdays; give yourself a buffer.
