Sunset Night Market Mid-Autumn Moon Festival 2026
Sunset Night Market’s Mid-Autumn Moon Festival returns free Friday, September 25, 2026, 5–10 p.m., on Irving Street between 20th and 25th Avenues.
Free admission

Sunset Night Market’s Mid-Autumn Moon Festival takes Irving Street between 20th and 25th Avenues on Friday, September 25, 2026, from 5 to 10 p.m. Getting in is free.
Sunset Mercantile runs it with neighborhood partners as the third of four 2026 night markets. Expect on-site food, makers, live music, and kids’ activities on a closed stretch of Irving. The shops stay open through the day, so you can grab groceries or a bakery box before the street fills.
Do not hunt for parking on Irving. Street spots disappear early, and organizers push Muni: lines 7, 29, 28, 91, and the N-Judah. Bike valet is listed on-site if that is your commute.
Come after 6 if you want the actual night-market feel. This is the Outer Sunset Mid-Autumn date, not Grant Avenue. Dogs on leashes are allowed, but the crush and speakers can be a lot for a sensitive pet. It is a smoke-free street.
Same Mid-Autumn cluster, SF Chinatown Autumn Moon Festival holds Grant the weekend before if you want daytime lion dance first. Millbrae Mid-Autumn is that same weekend on the Peninsula. Use Sunset as the Friday night follow-up once you are already in Mid-Autumn mode.
When: September 25, 2026, 5–10 p.m.
Where: Irving Street between 20th and 25th Avenue, San Francisco, CA
