UNLV Rangmanch 2.0 Diwali Cultural Night 2026
UNLV Maitri lists Rangmanch 2.0, an Indian cultural night and Diwali celebration, Sunday, November 15, 2026, 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. in the Student Union Ballrooms, 4505 S Maryland Parkway. Free food is listed.
UNLV's Maitri student organization is listing Rangmanch 2.0 for Sunday, November 15, 2026, from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. in the Student Union Ballrooms at 4505 South Maryland Parkway. The Involvement Center card frames an Indian cultural night and Diwali celebration with performances, music, dance, games, Indian food, and henna. Free food is listed as a perk. Ticket price is not printed on the public card. Confirm door rules through the Involvement Center link before you go.
Maitri is the campus South Asian student org. Rangmanch reads as their staged Diwali show for students and guests, closer to a cultural night than a temple aarti. Friends of India Diwali runs the same Sunday from 3:00 to 10:00 p.m. at Alexis Park Resort on Harmon, with member and non-member ticket tiers and a KN Catering buffet. Alexis Park is the paid community dinner with Sapta Avatar. Rangmanch is the student ballroom on Maryland Parkway. You can leave Alexis Park early for a 6:00 campus door only if traffic and parking cooperate. Most groups should pick one.
UNLV visitors use campus parking rules that change with semester hours and event overlays. Budget time from the Strip or from Spring Mountain. The Student Union sits central campus, a few minutes from the Thomas & Mack side of Maryland, not on the Spring Mountain restaurant strip. Holoholo Market was already November 14 downtown. Reclaim Night Market is the following Thursday on Spring Mountain if you want Chinatown vendors instead of a ballroom.
Who this is for: UNLV students, alumni, and valley friends who want a Diwali performance night without a $60 non-member banquet ticket. Skip it if you needed the Friends of India program and Sapta Avatar. That is Alexis Park the same day.
Refresh the Involvement Center event page for any RSVP or ID requirement. Campus buildings can ask for a RebelCard or guest sign-in after hours. Arrive near 6:00 if henna lines matter. Three hours is the whole printed window. Bring a light layer for the walk from the parking structure; November evenings on campus cool off fast. If free food is why you came, eat early in the ballroom rather than counting on leftovers at 8:45.
When: November 15, 2026 (6:00–9:00 p.m.)
Where: UNLV Student Union Ballrooms, 4505 S Maryland Pkwy, Las Vegas, NV 89154
