Hawaiʻi United Okinawa Association hosts Autumn Okinawa Dance Matsuri Saturday, September 19, 2026 from 5–9 p.m. at the Hawaii Okinawa Center in Waipahu with club food booths and bon dance.

Autumn Okinawa Dance Matsuri returns Saturday, September 19, 2026 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the Hawaii Okinawa Center, 94-587 Ukeʻe St, Waipahu. Hawaiʻi United Okinawa Association hosts the free evening of Okinawan and Japanese bon dance, taiko, and sanshin, with member-club food booths typically opening around 4:00 p.m.
Bring cash for andagi, soba, and other club favorites. This is the intimate HUOA-center counterpart to the larger Okinawan Festival earlier in September.
Same night also holds Waikiki Hoʻolauleʻa and Honolulu Mid-Autumn Festival if you are corridor-picking across the island.
