Marco Polo World Foundation hosts the 17th Annual DFW Dragon Boat, Kite & Lantern Festival on Sunday, October 4, 2026 from about 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Levy Event Plaza, 501 East Las Colinas Boulevard in Irving. Admission is free.
