Diwali RazzMatazz 2026 at Mississauga Celebration Square

Indo Canada Arts Council presents Diwali RazzMatazz Saturday and Sunday, October 10–11, 2026, noon to 9:00 p.m. at Mississauga Celebration Square (300 City Centre Drive). Admission is free.

RazzMatazz is the council's Diwali weekend on the city's main public plaza: live entertainment, high-energy DJ sets, fashion and cultural performances, festive food bites, and light-filled evening programming. Visit Mississauga lists the event as a free celebration where tradition meets a concert-style party atmosphere, distinct from temple puja schedules or the larger Nathan Phillips Square Diwali festival later in the month.

Celebration Square sits beside Square One and City Centre transit hub, which makes it an easy stack with a Mississauga mall dinner before evening sets. The square is open sky; October evenings cool fast after sunset, so bring a layer if you stay for DJs.

Who this is for: Peel Region South Asian families who want a public-plaza Diwali party, and visitors who prefer Mississauga's square to downtown City Hall crowds. Skip it if you need a quiet temple observance; this is a festival-stage production.

Indo Canada Arts Council runs RazzMatazz as a free gateway to Diwali season in Peel, where Brampton and Mississauga temples host separate puja calendars through November. The square event is the concert-and-DJ version: fashion walks, bhangra or Bollywood sets, and food trucks under open sky.

MiWay and GO connections to City Centre make the square reachable from Toronto without a car. Celebration Square's stage faces the big screen and fountain plaza; arrive before 4 p.m. Saturday if you want food before sunset performances.
