House of China stages Panda Fest Saturday, August 8, 2026 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Balboa Park’s International Cottages, with free admission and stage entertainment from noon to 4 p.m.

House of Pacific Relations lists House of China Panda Fest for Saturday, August 8, 2026, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., at the International Cottages outdoor stage (2238 Pan American Plaza) in Balboa Park. Entertainment runs noon to 4 p.m. Admission is free.
Expect Chinese food, crafts, cultural demonstrations, and family programming from House of China. Cottages around the lawn stay on their usual Saturday open-house hours.
Same park, same Saturday also holds Toro Nagashi at the Japanese Friendship Garden. Do one, then walk.
