Resy hosts the second Korean Harvest Festival on September 27, 2026 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Maxwells Trading, 1516 West Carroll Avenue. Chicago Korean chefs and bartenders fill the room. Proceeds support HANA Center, the immigrant-community nonprofit that has partnered on the series.

Maxwells Trading executive chef Chris Jung anchors the afternoon. Local Korean press lists James Shin and Brian Lee of Saemaeul Pocha and Man Sun, Tory Miller of L’Etoile, and Sangtae Park of Omakase Yume, Bonyeon, and Tengoku among the 2026 names.
