RED FM Diwali Dhamaka 2026 at Surrey Civic Plaza
RED FM lists a free Diwali Dhamaka Saturday, November 7, 2026, noon to 8 p.m. at Surrey Civic Plaza, 13450 104 Avenue. Sarthi K is the named performer. Surrey's city calendar does not yet list the booking.
Free admission

RED FM Canada is listing Diwali Dhamaka, presented by Scotiabank, for Saturday, November 7, 2026, from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Surrey Civic Plaza, 13450 104 Avenue. Entry is free.
Use the Eventbrite event page for the clock. Title, schema, and body all say noon to 8. Search and directory cards have shown a 1:00 p.m. teaser. Do not use 1:00 p.m.
The listing names live performances, food, festive shopping, a kids zone, and Sarthi K. The promo art repeats the same free-festival line: shopping, food stalls, celebration. Treat Sarthi K as the posted draw. The rest of the stage is not printed.
The city of Surrey's events and search pages did not name this booking when we checked, including a Diwali Dhamaka search on surrey.ca. Use RED FM's Eventbrite until the city reprints it.
Civic Plaza sits in Surrey City Centre, next to the civic towers, not Newton and not a banquet hall. The address on the listing is 13450 104 Avenue, V3T 1V8. SkyTrain riders aim for City Centre or Surrey Central and walk the last stretch. Bring a layer. The plaza is open sky in early November.
This is the same RED FM product as Calgary's Dera Banquet date on November 1. Surrey is the outdoor civic lawn. Calgary is a northeast hall. Same sponsor line, same free-ticket path, different weather problem.
November 7 is the night before Diwali. Downtown Toronto's Nathan Phillips Festival of Lights is already two weeks gone by then. Metro Vancouver readers who skipped the GTA weekend still get a free plaza stage closer to home.
VAFF30 also runs November 5–15 across Vancouver screens. If you want a plaza afternoon instead of a film pass, this is the free Saturday inside that window. You can do both only if VAFF's still-unposted grid leaves Saturday open.
Who this is for: Surrey, Delta, and City Centre families who want a free radio-station Diwali on the civic lawn. Skip it if you need a temple ritual clock or a printed full lineup tonight.
Food lines will behave like a station fair, not a quiet mandir. Arrive with a plan for kids and elders if the plaza fills after lunch. Free tickets still mean reserving on Eventbrite before you go, in case the organizer caps the count.
Our take: noon if you want the kids zone before the crush. Stay for Sarthi K if that name is why you came. Recheck the city calendar the week of, in case the booking finally appears.
When: November 7, 2026 (noon–8 p.m.)
Where: Surrey Civic Plaza, 13450 104 Ave, Surrey, BC V3T 1V8
Tickets (free) on Eventbrite.
