Richmond Night Market closing weekend 2026
Richmond Night Market's last weekend at River Road is September 18–20, 2026, after 26 seasons and a lease that ends this year.

Richmond Night Market's lease is up. Friday through Sunday, September 18–20, 2026, are the last three nights at 8351 River Road unless organizers find another lot. Twenty-six seasons. Founded in 2000 by Raymond Cheung. Go if you have been putting it off.
Friday and Saturday run 7 p.m. to midnight. Sunday is 7 to 11 p.m. Rain or shine. Canada Line to Bridgeport, then the walk or the short hop west of River Rock. Driving on No. 3 Road at 8 p.m. is a bad idea. It always is.
The site is huge: food, retail, a stage, and that long zipline over the lot. Eat first. Shop second. Sunday closes at 11, so do not roll in at 10:15 and expect a full night. Leave before the last SkyTrain if you do not want a taxi.
Vancouver TAIWANfest is already done by then. This is the closing-night market, not another culture weekend. Treat it like a goodbye.
When: September 18–20, 2026 (Fri–Sat 7 p.m.–midnight, Sun 7–11 p.m.)
Where: 8351 River Road, Richmond, BC
