Buddhist Church of San Francisco’s 95th Bon Odori runs Sunday, July 26, 2026 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 1881 Pine Street, with Octavia Street dancing, taiko, and Ginza Bazaar food booths.

Buddhist Church of San Francisco hosts its 95th Bon Odori Street Dance Festival on Sunday, July 26, 2026 from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at 1881 Pine Street in Japantown. Public dancing moves to Octavia Street between Pine and Bush in the afternoon block, with taiko (Ensohza and Jiten Daiko on recent listings) and temple open house. Saturday, July 25 is the 83rd Ginza Bazaar (same hours) if you want the food and raffle day before the dance.
Admission is free. Food, drinks, and bazaar games are pay-as-you-go. Monterey Bay travelers can also catch Salinas Obon the same Sunday.
