The program frames 40 years of Austin–Taichung friendship since 1986 with welcome remarks, a Taichung mayoral video, partnership highlights, live cultural performances, Taiwanese street food and boba, community booths, family activities, and raffle drawings. City of Austin sponsorship is noted on the listing.
