Mosaic Festival returns for its 21st edition Friday, July 31 and Saturday, August 1, 2026 at Celebration Square, 300 City Centre Drive, Mississauga. Organizers frame it as the longest-running multidisciplinary South Asian arts festival in the GTA: free outdoor programming that brings artists from India and Pakistan together with local talent, a vendors bazaar, street food, and kids workshops. TD Ready Commitment holds 2026 title sponsorship and naming rights.

City of Mississauga hours are Friday 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. and Saturday 12:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. The published stage board opens Friday with Destiny Band and The Caribbean Beats, then Zara Madani, Jadoo Entertainment, Delhi to Dublin, and Friday headliner Vaibhav Gupta with Sursangam. Saturday centers Mosaic Rising Star finals at 3:00 p.m., then Hansni Dance School, David R. Maracle, Shallum X and Fusion Band, headliner Sanam Marvi, and Bollywood Dance School Canada with Parth Dhani. Treat day-of boards as truth if slots shift.

Rock The Coliseum runs as the indie festival-within-a-festival on the amphitheatre the same weekend. Watch the official site for fraud alerts about fake vendor-payment accounts; only use mosaicfest.com and listed CCAI contacts (info@communityart.ca).

When: July 31–August 1, 2026
Where: Celebration Square, 300 City Centre Drive, Mississauga, ON

Confirm stage times and volunteer notes on mosaicfest.com. The prior weekend on the same square is #BollywoodMonster Mashup. Same August 1–2 window downtown, Taste of India holds Nathan Phillips Square if you are stacking GTA South Asian weekends.

Our take

If you only pick one free Mississauga square weekend this summer, Mosaic is the one with the deepest GTA habit. Arrive Saturday for Rising Star finals if you want the hometown stakes story; Friday night is the easier commute for Delhi to Dublin and Gupta. Bring cash for the bazaar, plan transit to City Centre, and skip any vendor DMs that are not on mosaicfest.com.
