Viet Expo 2026 at Oasis Convention Centre in Mississauga
Viet Expo 2026 is Sunday, November 8, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Oasis Convention Centre, 1036 Lakeshore Road East, Mississauga. The Vietnamese Canadian Professional Association lists 60-plus booths. Attendee ticket price is not posted.

Viet Expo 2026 is Sunday, November 8, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Oasis Convention Centre, 1036 Lakeshore Road East, Mississauga. Vendors may set up from 8:00 a.m. The Vietnamese Canadian Professional Association, VCPA, is the host.
The site calls it a Hội Chợ Thương Mại, a trade fair for Vietnamese Canadian businesses and the families who shop them. Food, retail, real estate, finance, healthcare, technology, and arts booths are the promised mix. The 2026 overview lists 60-plus exhibitors and an expected 5,000 visitors. Those are organizer targets, not a door count from last year.
Attendee admission is still not on the page. Do not invent a door price from a Facebook comment. What is posted is exhibitor math: a standard booth at $650, or $500 for approved VCPA members, with membership listed separately at $270 for 2026. That is for people selling, not for shoppers. If you are going as a visitor, treat it as a one-day community hall until a ticket note appears.
VCPA frames itself as a vetted professional network first, neutral on politics and religion, with monthly networking and a year-end gala around the fair. The expo is how that circle meets the wider Peel and GTA Vietnamese public for one Sunday. Food stalls and cultural booths are part of the pitch, but the spine is still commerce. Go hungry if the food hall is what you want. Leave time to walk the aisle twice. Eight hours of programming is the site's own phrase for a 10-to-5 clock.
November 8 is Diwali. Downtown's Nathan Phillips Festival of Lights will already be two weeks gone. Toronto Kalibari holds Shri Shri Shyama Puja that night from 7:30 p.m., with Dasha Mahabidya Kali from midnight. Diwali Milan is the night before at Vishnu Mandir. Viet Expo is a daytime Mississauga hall. You can do the expo and still reach a temple evening if you leave before the 5 p.m. close.
Oasis sits on Lakeshore East in Mississauga, closer to the lake than Square One, in the Dixie and Lakeshore band. It is a convention box, not a street festival. Parking is venue parking. GO and MiWay get you to the lakeshore corridor, then you still have a last stretch. If you are stacking this with Square One dinner, you are crossing the city.
Who this is for: Vietnamese Canadian families who want a full Sunday of booths, and small-business people scouting the GTA scene or booking a table. Skip it if you wanted a stage festival or a dated concert. The page does not list performers.
Our take: go if you already shop Vietnamese businesses in Peel and want them in one room on Diwali Sunday. If you only have that evening, Kalibari's Shyama Puja is the dated ritual. Do not wait for an attendee ticket price that is not posted.
When: November 8, 2026 (10 a.m.–5 p.m.; vendor load-in from 8 a.m.)
