Valley Bengali Community Durga Puja 2026 at Canoga Park High School
Valley Bengali Community’s 11th Durga Puja is Friday through Sunday, October 16–18, 2026, at Canoga Park High School. Packages start from $40 for a Friday student single day. A Lakshmi Puja follows Saturday, October 24. Daily puja hours are not posted.
Tickets from $40

Valley Bengali Community’s 11th Durga Puja is Friday through Sunday, October 16–18, 2026, at Canoga Park High School, 6850 Topanga Canyon Boulevard. The official page is durga.valleybengali.org. Buy on Ticketspice before you assume a walk-up.
The homepage still mixes a “10th Annual” banner line with an “11 glorious years” milestone paragraph. Trust the 2026 dates and the 11th-year lede. One block of leftover 2025 language is still on the Goal section (“Durga Puja 2025… two days”). That sentence is not the 2026 lock.
Ticket packages are posted. A three-day package starts from $105 student / $155 adult and includes listed meals. A four-day package that adds Lakshmi Puja on October 24 starts from $115 / $180. Single-day Friday starts from $40 student / $55 adult; Saturday full day from $65 / $75; Sunday from $50 / $60; Lakshmi day from $20 / $40. Kids and visiting-parent tiers are on the same card. Register at vbc.ticketspice.com/durgotsav-2026, or Zelle to vbc@valleybengali.org.
Daily puja open and close hours are not posted. Three entertainment blocks are named. Friday evening is Mekhla Dasgupta, with the Subir & Malini Chowdhury Foundation. Saturday is Anindya Bose at 8:00 p.m., from Parash Pathar and Shahar, listed with LiveTuneIN. Sunday afternoon is Jisshu & The Retrodictions. Those concert labels are the locks.
The group is pitching a parar pujo, a neighborhood pandal feel for families in the San Fernando and Conejo valleys. They say a new Durga idol, made in Kolkata, is coming for this year. The page’s “500 and more attendees” line is a graphic, not a Saturday count.
Saturday, October 24, the same site lists Lakshmi Puja and Bijoya Sammilani at the same school. That is a follow-up, not a fourth Durga day. Ektaa Diwali Fest is also October 24, in Irvine, and is Diwali, not Lakshmi Puja in the Valley.
Dakshini is the same October 16–18 weekend in Redondo Beach. Aikotaan is the weekend before in Tustin. VBC is the Valley option. The school gym is a campus rental, not a mandir. Parking is the high-school lot. Topanga fills when a game or a rental is on.
Canoga Park sits in the West San Fernando Valley. People come from Woodland Hills, Chatsworth, and the Conejo if they already sit with VBC. Confirm meal inclusions on the Ticketspice tier you buy. Eat on Topanga or Sherman Way after if you want a quieter table.
VBC is a 501(c)(3), EIN 33-1218468. Sponsorship mail goes to corp@valleybengali.org.
Our take: this is the drive for West Valley regulars who want named concerts and a package card. Confirm hours before Friday. If you want a clearer price card a week earlier, Aikotaan in Tustin is easier. If you want the South Bay hall, Dakshini is the other Saturday.
When: October 16–18, 2026 (hours not posted); Lakshmi Puja October 24
Where: Canoga Park High School, 6850 Topanga Canyon Blvd, Canoga Park, CA 91303
