BTS is playing Argentina for the first time in October. If you are not in that stadium, HYBE would like you in a movie theater.

HYBE Cine Fest goes worldwide the week of October 24, after a Latin America edition in 2024 and an Asia week in 2025. Trafalgar Releasing, the shop that already put Taylor Swift, Beyoncé, and BTS into multiplexes, is taking it to more than 60 territories. Tickets open September 30 at 9 a.m. ET on hybecinefest.com.

What they are selling is two Arirang live viewings from South America. Buenos Aires hits Americas screens October 24 and the rest of the world October 25.

São Paulo, last city on the Latin American run, follows October 30 in the Americas and October 31 everywhere else. Those tickets live on btsliveviewing.com.

Trafalgar already sent the Goyang and Tokyo Arirang dates to cinemas in April. These nights sit inside a festival week, next to other HYBE tours, so a multiplex can run the label for seven nights.

SEVENTEEN's NEW_, from the tour after their 10th anniversary, premieres in that window.

Tomorrow X Together arrives with Act : Tomorrow, their fourth world tour. ENHYPEN brings the Seoul opener of Blood Saga, the dark-fantasy show they started this spring.

A 3D Cheering Party fills the last slot: lyrics on the screen, official light sticks, music videos from KATSEYE, Le Sserafim, and the rest of the roster. It is the easiest night to walk into cold.

Our read: HYBE already knew fans would buy a cinema week. Latin America proved it in 2024, about 261,000 people through 486 Cinépolis theaters. Mexico even handed it a weekend box-office No. 2.

Asia did it again in 2025, more than 320,000 across 370 rooms. The new move is putting North America and Europe on that same calendar.

More than 1,100 theaters this time. The photo zones and merch tables that used to stay in Latin America and Asia now travel with the week, and Los Angeles and Paris get actual Cine Fest stores.

Korea stays exclusive to Lotte Cinema, tickets October 15 at 10 a.m. KST. Japan goes through Avex Pictures, the local film distributor, on a separate schedule.

The wider case is in why Asia may be the next media and entertainment epicenter. October is when that argument gets a ticket stub.

Why Asia may be the next media and entertainment epicenter

Asia already takes the largest regional slice of global box office and posted double-digit music growth in 2025. Hollywood still mints event movies. It is also selling fewer seats, thinner slates, and a merger stuck in court.
