JAPAN Fes lists its August 1, 2026 New Jersey stop at Overpeck County Park with event hours 11 a.m.–8 p.m. (vendor load-in earlier). The roaming Japanese street-food festival format matches the NYC editions: kakigori, taiyaki, karaage, takoyaki, and rotating stalls rather than a ticketed indoor show.
Expect park parking pressure on a summer Saturday. The weekend before, Astoria hosted the Queens edition. A second New Jersey date is October 17 in Jersey City; treat the Overpeck map as day-of truth for August 1.
