Diwali Fest 2026 at Surrey City Hall

Diwali Fest, from the Diwali Celebration Society, is listing its Surrey afternoon for Sunday, November 15, 2026, from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. at Surrey City Hall, 13450 104 Avenue. Admission is free. The City of Surrey calendar matches those hours. The program is framed as a mehfil: classical and contemporary music, traditional and modern dance, artistic sets, a Diwali market, and diya painting you can take home. Food and drinks are part of the room.
